Someday we'll reach the future
Most of the time I just take technical advancements for granted. Every once in a while I'll see something that makes me realize that I actually live in the future I imagined as a child. Something like I'd see in the Jetsons, or Bladerunner.

Hurry up and wait
Outlander has been on my queue since it left the theaters and, just as it was scheduled to arrive, it jumped to the "very long wait" status.

Bored with my Netflix queue
While anticipating the release of EDEN LOG and OUTLANDER on Netflix, nothing else on my queue sounds very appealing in the interim.
We just watched ICHI THE KILLER and THE MACHINE GIRL. Quite the gorefest, let me tell you. I'm ready for something a little lighter after that double feature. lol ( Read more... ) -
Aelita Queen of Mars
Chris and I watched Aelita Queen of Mars last night. First Russian sc-fi ever. It was great but 2 hours is a bit long for a silent film. I wish I'd seen this version first. It's edited down to show only the Mars bits and this music would have helped keep me awake ;)
