Friday Ian and I went to see The Perceptionists (Mr. Lif and Akrobatik). It was also Neoteric's birthday party. They were really good live emcees, but their music is pretty boring so it made the show somewhere between OK and good. This season of Arrested Development was cut short at 18 episodes instead of the standard 22 episodes which are aired by pretty much every show. The show's status is in limbo, which is very sad to people who think the only comedies currently on TV worth watching are Arrested Development and Scrubs, and perhaps The Simpsons. Oh how sad. Lil and I went to see The Microphones/Mount Erie a little while ago. I was really excited! I really love the Song Islands album and a few others are quite good.
