The relationship between client and whore is akin to that of priest and supplicant. I would *never* reveal my client's name, occupation or pillow talk - especially to the media. Using information gained in this way just reinforces public stereotypes of sex workers as being mercenary and immoral. And writing a book that uses real names of celebrities...? What was she thinking??? Clearly *her* life in the sex industry is over, but her life-wrecking tattle tales make it that much harder for her working sisters to get the information they need to protect themselves from clients.
American working girls often demand real names, credit card details, proof of address etc to screen out police and nutcases. After reading Dimitra's tabloid fare - what client in their right mind would part with that information?
