Yeah, Niki did that escaping thing, especially when she was much shorter. Now she's at the height that I can catch her with peripheral vision when she's standing close to me. Sooo, many times I was like, "NIKI!!"

"What? Mommy, I'm right HERE!" and she'd be standing right next to me.

I really love Niki age 5, it's so fun to talk to her and get a kid's view of the world. She can be a bit of a smartass though. (yeah, right, not MY kid, eh?)

BTW who's Tekichi? He seems to be such a dick.

Err... why are the names of stores in quotes and italicized? That gives the whole post an air of sarcastic innuendo, i.e. "I stopped by "Barnes & Noble", and by "Barnes & Noble" I mean the titty bar." So, Alexa, tell us, have you really been "reading" this "Harry Potter" "book"?

Meh. I have no interest in either crowds or hype. ordered the book something like 4 months ago on a discounted preorder.

Decent book, and without going into spoilers I wasn't entirely happy with the revelation, its as if she couldn't decide if it was going to be a red herring or not. Otherwise, I liked it.

However, if the events of the last 2 chapters of the book is "reversed" by book 7, I will be displeased.

Yep, I know what you mean. Although in relooking at a few things, I don't think things are as they seem. I don't think things will be reversed as you put it, I do think that's going to stay. But I don't think other things are as they seem and in book 7 we might finally see the "truer" side to things.

Okay....so my message is encrypted(sp?), but I think you get what I'm saying. ~_^
