andrew referred me here just now and i'm even more furious over people's BULLSHIT than i was earlier when P. relayed the story at the office. either this woman just talked to her lawyer friend and decided to bring holy hell down on the company, or she's a professional insurance fraudist or she's a dirty c. who doesn't know how to place blame (ie: ON HERSELF). all i know for sure is, it's not your fault. and as far as i could tell from all the ladies at the office: we've got your back.

also, she signed that indemnity clause wherein stated we are NOT LIABLE (even though it's awful and poor kitty and all, yes, i would feel badly, too). bitches, man.
