I cannot believe two weeks have passed since my last entry. It felt like yesterday; all last week was a blur. Last night I was crying from the sheer weight of exhaustion. Over the course of 2500 miles, my car has broken down twice. I have run out of money three times, received a ticket for talking on a cell phone, suffered migraines, sleep deprivation, and unnatural stress. And today, I got in a wreck.

I've worked with coffee since I was eighteen (I am 22 now), and Seattle's Best has always said that the Melitta brewing method is the best. I thought it was kind of silly, though--like auto drip brewing, without the cool noises and fun scent. The flavor is stronger than usual drip coffee but not as gritty as the French Press.
