Like it says in the title, I've decided to switch journals back to tristesses, mostly for streamlining my journals but also because I'm sick of logging in and out every time I want to respond to reviews. Fests, fests everywhere!
It's Kink Bingo time again! This is my second favorite challenge of the year, after Yuletide. It's amazing how much insight I can get into a character or pairing by figuring out how they'd approach a kink or scenario (see: the first several Spock/Uhura fics I wrote).

I just finished (minus a few objectively terrible ones). I've written 75 fics over the past two and a half years, which actually doesn't seem like all that much. It's been interesting seeing how my interests have shifted, since I started with my most recent posts and went backwards. A quick question - would any of you recognize the word "moggy" as slang to mean an alley cat? I've never heard of it until now, but I want to know if it's used in any regional dialects in the USA.

I really, really like the Eighth Doctor. Yeah, I said it. I blame the velvet coat. And romantic subplot aside, the 1996 movie was actually not that bad! I've certainly sat through worse, and enjoyed them. Then again, I have no taste when it comes to this show, so ( Read more... ) -
