off day. had to give a presentation today in my grad study in psych class. no biggie, right? i froze. totally stammered out a few loose facts. panicked. when class was over, ran out. attempted to sleep it off...nap didn't work. still feel generally out of it and weird. hopefully something happens soon to fix me :-(.
