Joy is with God now. She passed away at about 6:15 this morning. She died very peacefully with the knowledge that there are dozens of people who love her. I will let you know about the funeral arrangements when I find out from her grandparents. She's breathing freely now, so we should all be happy for her.

Hi, Im ashley...I went to school with Joy, but I really didnt know her...I'd always read all her journal entries and she seemed like sucha wonderful person and so down to earth....Im so sorry this happened...but shes with god now...I'll keep all of you in my prayers....

I am so sorry to hear about Joy.. I didn't know her that well (we only talked once or twice) but I know that she was a wonderful person. I am glad that she is in a better place and can breathe easier. Say hello to Allison for us, Joy, and breathe easy.
