I think either you or Cindy turned me on to Matt Nathanson, and I thank you for it! Did I ever tell you that I used my eight thousand bajillion kiwipoints (lmao, remember kiwibox?) to order the Matt Nathanson CD a couple of years ago and it never arrived? what a gyp.

I don't know why I feel the need to jump in the middle of other people's conversations all the time, but just had to say that I'm 99% sure it was Joy, and not Cindy, who got you into Matt Nathanson (wow, that sounds DIRTY).

And if I'm right about that, that's pretty sad, because it means I know more about your life than you do. (Although, fortunately/unfortunately (depending on your point of view) my means of figuring it out had nothing to do with stalking, and everything to do with simple deduction.)

Actually, I do believe that it was a combination of the two. Joy had pimped Matt Nathanson out to me (aka she had fangirled him while we were talking), but Cindy was the first one to send me any of his stuff (aka Miracles, which I lovelovelove.)

I think that's right, but I don't really know for sure!

Ok here's what I remember happening. I feel like waaay back when I first started reading your LJ, before I even had one of my own, I noticed that you had written that you were listening to Matt Nathanson when you wrote an entry and I think I got really excited and told you I loved him too. So it probably wasn't me who originally sent you his music but I'm pretty sure I did fangirl him quite a bit on several occasions and sent you some more good songs thus increasing your Matty Nay love.
