I don't think I noticed the first 40 pounds. And then I was looking for something and found some old pictures of me, and went "Whoa! I don't look like that anymore."

I'm jealous of your blading escapades. Putting aside the fact that the sidewalks here are still coating in dirt and dust from winter grading, there just aren't as many fun spots to head out as there were back home. :\

Sorry you bailed, but glad it didn't result in anything too crazy.

I know how you feel, honey. At least we have each other to say "Man, you look hot!" Haha! I don't think I look any better either.

Pretty good, actually. I was just telling a coworker about the night I went to work with 5 McDonalds hamburgers because I was light on points for the day. I'm finding that I eat pretty much exactly what I want... Just smaller or smarter choices in order to manage my points. It sucks to get to the end of the day and have very few points left. So, you just manage your food intake wisely throughout the day. If I want McDonalds for dinner, I just plan in the morning to eat light, have a satiable lunch, and pig out for dinner. Since you aren't depriving yourself of anything, you don't get weird cravings. I think that's the main success point of the plan: eat what you want, just control the portions ( ... )
