I didn't get too wound up Tuesday night while packing and got to bed at a reasonable hour. Which was good since I had to get up at five am.

I got an email just before lunch that our highland games event at the college tomorrow is cancelled due to rain. So I'm happy about that because I have a lovely rainy weekend to myself. I have plenty of stuff to do: make chili, do laundry, hit the gym, write fic, otherwise work on my blogs... but I have no where to be and that is a lovely thing ( Read more... ) -

I got paid on Monday after all. We got this snotty broadcast email yesterday.
All T&As should be validated, certified and ready to be transmitted to NFC by close of business on the Tuesday following the end of the bi-weekly pay period. Compliance with this requirement will ensure employees receive salary payments as scheduled ( Read more... ) -

Melissa got back shortly after I finished my last post and we went up to Liberty Craft Brewing in Liberty ME. Holy hell that was the middle of nowhere, but only about 30 min. from Melissa's house. We had samplers and sat at the bar talking to the bartender. They do sandwiches so we had gyros too, and played crib. I actually won all five games of ( Read more... ) -
