Ogden Marathon

So on Thursday, anami and I got up early and drove to Salt Lake City. It was about a thirteen hour trip, mostly crossing desert. It was ok. We got in pretty late and went straight to bed. A marathon is one thing, but a downhill marathon? You guys are tough!

Well, thank you. But really, it's Anami that's tough. I'm just easily swayed by peer pressure.

birkwelch, Anami's brother, did the thing in like 3:07 or so. Now, *that* is tough.

I'm glad you guys made it back OK... and were still able to get out of the car after driving for that long. I know it hurts to move, but try to walk as much as you're able to for the next couple of days.

Yes, thank you. We went for a long walk last night, and a little 3/1 walk/run this morning. And I biked to work. Muscles feel pretty much fine; I'm just very tired.
