Balsamic Berries
4 cups strawberries, about 1 pound
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
1. Wash, dry, hull, and quarter the strawberries lengthwise.
2. Put the strawberries into a large bowl. Add the sugar and balsamic vinegar and toss gently to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour.
