Spicy Chicken and Mango Stir-Fry

My mother always used to make this dessert for Thanksgiving and it is probably my favorite of her desserts.  She couldn't find her recipe, so I searched online and found this at food.com - I sampled it while preparing it for bridge on Monday and it tasted like what she made...and oh, so delicious.  Can't wait to eat it.

Saint-Tropez Chicken

1 Tbs. balsamic vineagar

1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

1 Tbs. Honey

2 minced garlic cloves

Ground black pepper

1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

Whisk together.  Boil in a small saucepan and then simmer 3-5 minutes.  Pour over baked chicken and grilled vegetables.

traveled all day but we made it.  flight was delayed 45 min due to rain in chicago.  rental car looks like a mafia car/limo.

had nice visit with john and Linda in grafton.

made a wrong turn near the hotel and ended up passing an horrific accident and taking an extra 15 min to get back to hotel.
