Thanks. I appreciate it. After a very lengthy conversation with Amazon Customer service last night that went: Them: "We'll fix it sometime. Not sure when". Me: "That's not satisfactory. Escalate this call to your supervisor."

Wait... Wait...

Rinse and repeat several times, I eventually got to someone who got it fixed for me. It is now for sale in the US. So I suppose I should call the Smashwords Giveaway "Maybe Amazon Doesn't Hate Me But their Customer Service Probably Does". It will go on through 23 March. *grin*
