One would hope

In perusing cake recipes I came across the following frosting ingredient list. I've bolded the part to notice:

Ingredients for frosting
6 tablespoons (80 g) butter
7 oz (200 g) semisweet chocolate (40-60% cocoa)
2 eggs (salmonella-free)
7 oz (200 g) icing sugar (confectioner's sugar)

Just made me chuckle.

funny, baking

Not make frosting out of them, that's for sure!! And you know which ones they are too, right?!?

Does that mean it's OK to use rancid butter, moldy chocolate, and ant-infested sugar?

That's too bad, I think the salmonella adds so much more flavor!
