Working 50+ hour weeks is not fun, especially when I was hoping to get home early to spend time with Andi...

So, they wanted $600 to repair the Kia.

So we're selling it and getting a Ford Focus.

Screw you, Kia!

Kia friggin died on the way to work, so now both cars are having problems... No idea what's wrong with it - could be a timing belt, could be the ignition module... but the engine cut out and now it won't start. It's not the battery, plenty of juice.

Sucks...

Welp, just spent about 2-3 hours working on the Ford to see what's wrong. After getting the sub-frame pulled straight, flattening out the hood, and taking out the radiator, we've come to discover there's a crack in the plastic spout on the radiator that'll need to be sealed, and the bracket that held the headlights in place is all cracked to hell ( Read more... )
