Tipping is ridiculous in this country. Who the decided that it was obligatory? I'm gonna go with the owner of the business. Somewhere down the line, it became standard to tip 15% of the bill, so now if someone wants to show their gratitude, they must tip MORE than 15% of the bill. That's insane!
