Take a cookie sheet---cover with a very generous layer of shaving cream --not gel. Spead it evenly with a spatula or knife. Drop food coloring into the shaving cream. We had a whole day of outdoor education for all our school and staff this week. We had a really nice day temperature wies---but VERY windy. Things went really well. Nate is out of football for at least 2 weeks. He was pushed into a door at school (in the doorway of my art room) No I did not do it. He has a major muscle bruise (shoulder contusion)(after one hit in football he was in major pain) so I took him to an orthopedic surgeon-coach recommended. Had the surgeon look at his knees too. Jord and Nate are doing very well. Football is taking most of their "extra" energy. We have been having troubles with Nate when it comes to extended physical exercise.
