When I was about 14, I published my first fanfiction on ff.net - it was a Yu Yu Hakusho oneshot, involving Hiei, Kurama, and a mary-sue I named “Hikari.” Despite its 2000 words, it contained very little story and was instead one large block of fangirling text, in which I described the history between Kurama and Hikari and how they’d fallen in love ( Read more... )
