diet update
I bought a scale.. turns out I weigh less than I though.. no idea if that is due to the week long extreme diet I've already been on.. so the magic number is 303.. I was expecting worse..
I added a workout routine to my diet starting today.. thanks "the biggest loser" ...oh and for the record, I hate the people on that dvd... nothing like watching ( Read more... ) -
a soft morning
I love days like today.. It's cool and gray.. there's just a light mist in the air which gives the illusion of constant rain without the need for a jacket or umbrella.. of course mornings like this remind me of the Dido song "Thank You" which in turn makes me think about Eminem's "Stan" ... so that's what I've been listening too this morning..
