I get a wonder of strangers, too. Sometimes, though, I wish I never met them.

i know, it feels that way for me too, sometimes. i think, in general though, i'm grateful for them. they give me little reminders sometimes without even realizing that they do. that's kind of amazing.

i've never been to germany for the sole reason that i'd be afraid to pronounce anything.

This was such a beautiful entry. I tend to people watch a lot and make up stories about them that I use a lot in my writing. Sometimes I wonder how much the stories would be different, or maybe even the same, if I actually stopped living in that fantasy world and actually got to know them. I imagine the inspiration I get on my own wouldn't even compare to what I could get from the person themselves.

thank you. i sometimes wonder how differently people would treat each other if our stories could be read just by looking at us, you know? like, you could look at someone and know what they've been through and what they're going through and what their dreams are. i think that, although it'd make us vulnerable, it'd be nice sometimes.

That's an interesting point. I wonder though even more so then about making us vulnerable is what would happen since there'd be no getting to know each other period. Would something more be lost than gained from that? I happen to like that part the most between people. Or would less connections be made if someone looked at another and knew right off the bat that they weren't going to mesh? Maybe not, but it just sort of popped in my head as a thought.
