well i got home dead tierd from track practice today and i sat around and did nothing cuz my legs are dead and like i said im tierd ...i wont get to run in anny track meets till like 4 more weeks cuz im not passing

well i have decided to start updating this.....today i stayed home,got online and dident really do annything,umm wasted the day and here i am well im about to go to starbucks as soon as the oc goes off
