Tomorrow I have to spend in the very close company of doctors.

Today I must shower and shave etc. No big deal but...

I must also shampoo my hair.

I keep it tied up most of the time(see icon) and ignore it. But when I have to get close to someone it needs to not smell like cigarette smoke. It's halfway down my back. It will take forever just to wash
