I haven't been writing... because I haven't been able to see. I still can't.

Due to a true comedy of errors I am still struggling with this cataract.

(If I didn't know better I'd suspect a Rx Mercury)

Tomorrow... I finally get up to Triad to get it fixed.

I am so looking forward... (might as well, looking anywhere else is useless...)

I had wondered where you were. Was concerned with so many storms in and around your general area and hoped all was well in that regard. And here it is that the eye is the problem. Well, now that it is scheduled to be corrected, you should be good to go soon. Keeping you in thought and prayer. ((hugs))

The Tzeltal Mayan people have the reverse spatio-temporal representation of time. So they look forward to the past and the future is behind them (because we can't see our future as well as we can see our past).

Chinese speakers have the same spatio-temporal representation as English speakers but in addition to that, they also associate the space above as the past and the space below as the future.

Good to hear from you. I've been wondering how you were. I had cataract surgery on my right eye more than 5 years ago and now I can see lots better out of it than my "good" eye. Glad you haven't been whisked away by the wind.
