Starting Out The New Year Right!
I went for a hike in the desert with my friend Carol. Turns out she is from Seattle! The temperature was only 24 when I got up this morning and when she called and wanted to go for a hike I thought "it's too darn cold"! What Next?
So.....here I am in a 2 bedroom house. I don't really need anything this large, but this time of year available rentals are scarce in Arizona. I found a bereavement group that meets once a week and I went last Tuesday. There were a couple of women there who recently lost their husbands and one who's mate also had dementia (Alzheimers). The Battle is Over
So, I haven't posted in a while. My husband Tom and I drove down to S. Arizona on the 1st of November to hopefully be Snowbirds. We had a beautiful drive down the Willamette Hwy. from Eugene and into CA, over to Carson City NV and then back into CA again and down through Eastern side down between Yosemite and Death Valley.
