Last week I heard on the John Tesh radio show about how saying "I forgive you" Makes you less prone to physical ailments like back problems and stuff. As soon as I heard it, I said I forgive you to Michael in my head. With God's help, letting go of the wrongs has been easier than I thought it would be. Since I am having a hard time dealing with the stress in my life and I am obviously up at ridiculous hours of the night, it might make sense to switch to 3rd shift. It can't make things worse. ....I hope. 3rd shift is a little less stress ful.
