Welp. I'm back from the Bahamas. I spent last Wednesday's lunch break dress shopping and spray tanning after work, Thursday's lunch break getting bikini waxed and having my hair cut after work, and Thursday night rocking heels like someone who knew how to walk in them. follow-up
It's been a month since this entry, and I'm pleased to report that Operation: Detox has been a resounding success. Replacing going out for drinks pretty much every night with going to the gym/running, spending time with my roommate or reading in the park by my apartment has been awesome. in which I fail at girldom
I wore heels to work today. This is a major event! I subject myself to walking on my tiptoes about two times a year. Why? Yes, they make my legs look amazing, but they also make me look like an idiot; I just can't get the hang of them -- my gait becomes choppy, and I can't figure out how to fix that.
