Milestone in life:
Taking a mental health day to clean and do laundry and not feeling bad about it.
This is not something I would have done even a year ago. Work-life balance is awesome. :D -
hobbies
I think life would be a smidge easier if I easily identified with a group, label or subcommunity. Being equal parts hipster, gamer geek, and bro (and other things), and being passionate about all of them makes me feel very bait-and-switch when I interact with people. I went through a folder of e-mails that I can't bring myself to delete today. I like keeping them around because like this LiveJournal which I update sparsely (but still update!) it reminds me my naivety, but also my brevity and optimism. Things have been fine. It's that long, stupid winter stretch and it's been snowing abnormally here in Boston. 60.3 inches so far, and we're getting anywhere from 10-15" Tuesday and Wednesday.
