i did a list purge...if you never post because you moved over to facebook, or don't comment, etc. then i dropped people. which is cool...i know a lot of people have abandoned lj. i debated on it too, but then i realized that most of my friends on there are doing nothing but foursquare & twitter updates & i have those blocked anyways...i still

i just have this thing about neat lists. probably a little bit of ocd. yeah, i drop the twitterers too. just like i filter the farmville, mafia wars, fishworld, twittering, foursquaring, etc. facebookers. or people who write cryptic depressed status updates. not interested in something that sounds like your world is falling apart without any detail. facebook is NOT the place for me to find out something intensely private about your life, cryptically.

I figure at some point they'll be back. There's only so many one-liners in the world and eventually the repetition will drive people to more in-depth discussions. Plus I've always been pretty forgetful of the whole friends list thinggy anyway.

maybe. i guess they'll move onto the next great invention, though. i really am not sure what that will be. what could possibly be more annoying than twitter. i tried it for about 2 seconds & then i started to hate myself.

i know. i was just writing that here. the people i dropped don't look at lj anymore, so they wouldn't see it anyways. i was just kind of making conversation about what i've done. etc.
