So my darling DD came back after a 2wk holiday with her father.  She had a fantastic time (which is way better than last year's holiday, when she came home crying because her father told her he was glad to be rid of her at the end of it -- prick), and I believe the entire family is planning another outing to the military Tattoo again next year

I understand that in some large US cities, chains of lice salon's are popping, up where people can go (or take their kids) to ensure that a) the lice are properly treated and b) they don't have to do it.

I have to admit, it's a clever idea.

When I was a kid there was a children's hair salon that provided this service in California. My parents never used it as it got way too expensive for four kids.

I believe that there is the same sort of service at a couple of places in Toronto. There may possibly be in some other major Canadian cities, as well.

*hug* Sounds like despite the (well placed) anger you've got everything under control. I'm actually quite glad after reading this that Nate has such short hair. I remember my mom trying to get lice out of me and my sister's waist length hair. :S
