So, I have been thinking about this idea for kind of a while, and I even bounced some thoughts and lines off hfleming8 but still never did anything. Now I have, and in exactly 100 words. ;)

I really, really loved the HBP movie, but I need a more actually canon!Lavender sometimes, too. ;)

Yay! I like the reminder that Lavender is a Gryffindor and it is hard to put yourself on the line for a boy you like - but sometimes you have to go for it - no matter what the fandom says. :)

I do know a few people who see Lavender the same way I do, but after the HBP book was released, I think she was generally treated pretty terribly by the fandom as a whole (except maybe by H/Hrs? :P) And although I love love love the movie adaptation, and I laughed at nearly all of Lavender's silly vapidness, I missed the Lavender I thought I knew. :)
