Bought a scale today...guess who has lost 18lbs since January :)
And I'm feeling great. Went on a 10mile bike ride today, also bought me some shiny running shoes, and some discs for disc golf :)

I don't appreciate being ignored...especially when I have said I am frustrated about something.
