Remember, it's not your fault that you're feeling this way. It's hormones.

You aren't alone.

And you are a teenager. Act like one once in a while. Being an adult really sucks sometimes.

Not many of my teenage friends even talk to me anymore though, so it feels weird to think I still am one!

Thank you. I know I'm not alone, and I feel bad for those that are going through the same thing. I can't wait until I start counseling.

You don't need guilt on top of whatever else you're feeling.
If you're feeling something, it's okay. You can't help the way you feel, and there's probably a source. If it's enough to be bothering you, then it's not trivial.

Whatever it is you're going through, my best guess is it isn't due to immaturity.

^^ Thank you for saying that. I have some pretty bad depression right now that my ob wrote off as postpartum depression, but I still wonder if it could be a relapse into my old problems.
