Things are not going so well for my brother-in-law. He has surgery to repair a heart valve in late May. He fell last weekend and ended up breaking his sternum. A staph infection has set in and it has now entered his blood stream, attacking the newly installed heart valve. We're putting Joshua into another school. We had been considering already putting him some place more preschool and less daycare. He is terrified of the teacher he'd go to next month for preschool and Joshua isn't terrified of anyone that he's known more than a few days- apparently all of the kids are scared of her and have rough transitions into ( Read more... )

Now we have exactly 19 days to find another house (we settle on the 20th) plus pack w/o knowing if all our stuff is going into storage or to a new house.

We have two offers on the house. We've countered one and are waiting to hear back. Fingers crossed that they accept. We're actually back at the house tonight- Joshua saw the house and must have said 10x, "I'm so happy to be home".
