To quote a magazine I'm reading, in regards to skincare for 20-somethings:

      According to my boss at the food pantry, the government says that sealed food containers are still good to eat 2 years after the expiration date. 5 years after is even ok, but the food has decreased nutritional value.

I hope that is useful to some of you out there

So right now I'm writing an extra credit assingment about Charles Mingus as a composer, and I just stumbled on an article on his official website. Actually, it is step-by-step instructions on how to toliet train a cat. He successfully got his cat to use the potty. And flush.
