I asolutely love what the oracle says in the new matrix movie. About the last thing I expected out of that movie was something lingeringly interesting to think about, but there it is, dancing in the froth kicked up by last weekend's initiations, with that surreally oblique but enlighteningly true oracle thing going on.

I was playing some old Grateful Dead I had scrounged off the net, and noticed that Kazaa has the Dead's "New Speedway Boogie" listed as Hip-Hop... I gotta wonder how that happened, and what someone who actually had opinions about what was and wasn't hip-hop would think about it...
