It was some sort of miracle, but she's pretty much okay. She came out of the shock yesterday, but still wasn't using one of her back legs. The docs did xrays on it, and she didn't have a break, but she did dislocate her leg/hip. They're putting her under today to relax her, and pop the joint back into place ( Read more... )

Cool. Dogs usually recover/adapt pretty well, so I'm sure she'll be fine.

Oh thank goodness she's going to be okay! I've been hoping that was the case, and sending the little puppy good vibes all day.

My parents have a Bichon and they are so yip-yippy exciteable, it'll be tough to keep her calm, I'd wager. Anyway, yaaaaaay Sookie!
