So this week is Spring break for me. I made an A and a B last quarter. It truly was the quarter from hell. That was the hardest quarter I've had so far. That's the only way to put it. School is my life right now. I spend 40+ hours per week studying. Seriously. I'm really looking forward to a couple of years from now when I am a nurse and I am applying all of this knowledge I am gaining.

I've been extremely busy with school these past few weeks. This quarter I started clinicals. I'm at a Long term Care facility (aka nursing home) 3 days a week and in lecture classes the other 2 days a week. It's been very demanding of my time. Clinicals are rough. I'm enjoying the challenge though.

So Ethan told me this morning that he wants to have a food drive party for his next birthday party. Attendees would bring canned food items instead of gifts at his party. I think it's a wonderful idea. Now let's see if he changes his mind before his birthday in May.

I got up early yesterday and got Ethan and Alex ready to go vote. We vote at their school, so I had them bring their back packs in case we were in line for a while.
