I'm having trouble. I need more direction with the soundtrack. Give me some examples of what you want it to sound like if you could please?

I really like the first two dirty process images.

What software does your current setup use to do the scanning? When I reinstalled my stuff I was severely not happy with what my scanner was doing until I reinstalled the silverfast program to scan with... now it's happy again.

Right now I have CS3 importing with the Epson software that came with the scanner. I don't recall if it is silverfast or not. I think it might be. I really don't like it at all after using it awhile. Never had too many problems on my laptop, but using it on my desktop it freezes and crashes often! wtf? I can never seem to get a good scan exposure using only the manual controls. I have to let it auto-correct and work with that. And its is really tough to scan unusual stuff where I want to include the sprockets of the film or in this case, the big dark scratches. The program auto corrects and is so far off! What I have to do is preview, select a small selection with no extremes thus allowing it to auto-correct somewhat properly, then go into the advanced settings and uncheck "continuous auto correct" go back to the preview and select what I actually want to scan. argh. i wish the manual controls were better. i wish i were a smarter monkey.
