unfortunately, i'm too exhausted to go into detail or try to be entertaining at all. :( but as it turns out, the restaurant i was externing at offered me a full time position when one of the line cooks left. i started last friday, and man am i BEAT. i thought that because i'm such a rookie, they'd let me get some good training in before trusting ( Read more... )

i am SO THERE with you. i'm excited about it all, as if it were happening to me, which it sorta is, cause thats how much i care about you. Plus, reading Kitchen Confidential has prepared me for understanding what you're talking about. All in all, i'm all heartz and cheers for you! :-D

dunno when i'll get to speak to u again since ur a busy busy man but i wanted to thank u for the lovely dinner... my friends and i loved the food, and yes teh tuna tartar and the crudo were everything my palate could have hoped for kekeke. by far the best dishes of the nite ;) but really, it was lovely and yummerz and everything, and i love the restuarant and thanks for indulging my palette. it was awesome. u are awesome. keep up the good work.. ur like a real chef and all now!!!

and if ur not too tired from ur hard days at work, come to my bday party two sats from now??
