I'm not quite back to good as new, but I'm pumping myself full of vitamins and tea and healthy goodness.  I haven't had a cigarette in over 2 weeks (that's the HARDEST)and I haven't had alcohol since Thanksgiving.  You would think that I would have lost an lb or 2, but not so much.  I still feel like a load.  I wish I still had my gym membership.  ( Read more... )
