Anybody else get awful sharp pains in the abdomen after sex? Cramps and feeling like i am fgoing to puke :( not the first time

Yesterday I went to visit a friend who lives about an hour and 15 away. She is now 4 days over due with her second son (first is 2.5). I went over for a visit, to give her a copy of the hunger games and to CLEAN HER HOUSE.
