She posted a comment at the end of the thread of the post I made yesterday. It's because I edited the post after about 10 awful comments came in, and then the mod told me to own my words. Mind you she didn't find out until 10 minutes ago that I had edited it, and then decided to ban me because I "pissed" her off because she "Warned" me

Yes. Because I edited the post to remove the questionable sentence, and was "warned" to own my own words, but that happened to be after I edited.

Oh I made a post yesterday about what to make for a very picky friend who just had a baby, and I wrote something in that was just not quite worded properly and looked like I was going to treat the woman like a child? Everybody blew up at me and went ape shit, so I edited the post and took out the ONE SENTENCE that was questionable. Nobody even answered my questions in the post until about 60 comments in! I was called an arrogant, pompous and various other things.

This is why I haven't joined that community. I scanned a couple posts and comments a while back and found people were just rude and bitchy in their comments. That is *not* what I want. There are ways to talk to people with respect for f***'s sake.

I was just thinking there should be a 0-2 yrs parenting community for us mommy noobs. Well, me anyway, lol.

This. I use P101 as something to read tags in only. They are way too bitchy but definitely do have some good answers in the tags.

Honestly the only time I really even comment on p101 is on caps lock fridays, otherwise if I have any questions I go to parenting4real. They are definitely nicer and more helpful.

I use P101 for the drama. Seriously I love a good internet drama and that place is full of it. I have nothing else to do haha.

I did not know about parenting4real good to know it's not a shark tank.
