1. List your characters. 2. People you have CR with ask you to tl;dr about their relationship, and how your character perceives theirs. 3. Everyone wins.
Sora reminds Lithuania a bit of America in her urge to save everyone and a bit of himself when he was younger in how she expresses that urge. While he's much more grounded now than he used to be, she reminds him of when he used to think he could change the whole world and make everything how he wanted it just by trying hard enough. He wants to encourage that sort of thing. Not only that, Sora seems to be totally convinced of what she's doing, which is something else he admires. While he wishes she would be a bit more grounded in reality occasionally, and hopes she'll get actual training before she runs off fighting everything, he is very fond of her.
Sealand thinks of Caesar as a citizen, and probably always will unless Caesar outright denies it. He thinks Caesar is good at coming up with plans and strategies, and trusts him accordingly. Sealand also thinks Caesar could stand to get out more, and will drag him out places and make him stop taking to many naps when he could be doing interesting things.
Bernkastel considers Lion a toy to play with. It took her quite a while to find Lion's piece, given how rare he is, so she does enjoy getting to torment Lion to her heart's delight in Mayfield. That isn't to say she always goes for torture, of course. She is actually perfectly willing to just have a conversation with Lion, if only for his amusing reactions.
Hilda is still getting used to the idea of actually talking casually to--and being considered a training equal of--an Elite Four member. She's grown up learning all about the league and the toughest trainers, and the idea that she's actually amongst that group hasn't really sunk in for her. She thinks he's a nice person, even if he's kind of weird. But most dedicated trainers seem to be at least a little weird.
Pokey, for the most part, is an unpleasant person, and doesn't take very well to other people. Really, he gave Wendy a head's up about the place because, even if he is a serious little asshole, he wouldn't wish the worst this place can deal on the unprepared to anyone for the most part.
Still, in a weird way? He likes Wendy's dry, sardonic attitude and sense of humor, and the fact that she has apparent knowledge of video games (and violent ones at that) is neat. He wouldn't consider a person of the greatest interest, but hey, she's practical and apparently interested in video games, so that'd be enough for Pokey to think about bugging her again in the future.
