someone seriously stole your identity? in real life (i.e. credit card accounts, ss#, etc.) or just based on lj?

Based on a site similar to MySpace. Stole my pictures and information. They started messaging other people pretending to be me and then I was getting harassing messages from an individual. I figured it best to keep everything I have online for friends only rather than risk having something like that happen again. Know what I mean?

No, no. Nothing too serious. It did make think more serious about having personal information out in the public for anyone and everyone to see, so I thought it best to keep my entries private.
