Culinary Symposium 2011 was a blast!!!  My class, "English Pies & Tarts", went really well.  We were busy the full 2 hours, & I think people learned something new and got new ideas for ways to use & serve pies in their future culinary endeavours.  I loved being up in the mountains with cliffs & trees towering over me again - ghod, I miss that from
