Three Concerts...and a Funeral?

I am normally rather good at keeping up with my journaling, however, at times life has the tendency to sweep you up and carry you away, distracting you from other things that may be going on. I am feeling a bit out of touch by and large. I am sure with time things will be back to normal for me.

We chose the pup as it was more convenient and a bit easier to get in and out of without having to worry about being disrupted too much by people who may recognize Rufus.

I knew that was your idea! Rufus was all set on eating at the steak house and you changed his mind because you saw us standing outside. Although I found your Finnish accent in the pub to be quite sexy, I still did not appreciate your hand on his thigh keeping him from approaching us >:O

a couple of his fans ended up seated beside us, but they were very nice and did not intrude at all. Rufus was kind enough to say hello to them after dinner
We were trying to ignore you.
Rufus was all kind until you walked up beside him and wrapped your arm around his waist >:O!!

and it was wonderful seeing their faces light up when speaking to him
Our faces did no lighting, k. And if it did, it was because of the alcohol we had consumed.

After Rufus' set, we went outside in the cold, rainy night and he met with a few fans that waited for himWHY DIDNT HE FUCKING CALL ME ( ... )

Actually, when we drove by, no one was outside. It was just a lonely looking marquee. We must have arrived before you did outside. Neither of us were sure how long the drive would take and out of nervousness, we padded in a bit of extra time incase we hit traffic. Not to mention that driving in NYC terrifies me. Thank you about my accent, I am glad you at least were not making fun of it. Rufus likes to tease me all the time as it sometimes comes out choppy and I use the wrong words. That is why I write so much. It is easier because I have time to look words up and such.

That was you in the restaurant? Was my hand keeping him from you? I kept it away from his crotch, I promise. Well, it might have slipped once.

*smiles* You always write the best reports. I think I'll just link this post to mine and reap the fruits of your labour, baby ;D

I'm glad you enjoyed the show. Pffft, don't worry about the hecklers. I've been dealing with that sort of thing for over half my life. At least he used the slightly more genteel "flamer" as opposed to the frat-boy favorite... "FUCKIN' FAG!"

Though they usually save those ones for when they see me on the street.

They should know better than to attack me on my home turf. Especially with you around to bare your teeth and defend my honour. You are my Knight, after all ;)

And I know when I am home, I will not be alone long.

I'm going to be underfoot so much, you're going to rue the day I moved to Britain ;)

I get a bit meticulous at times in my explanations, yet I am glad to know that you enjoyed it. I am surprised I remembered everything after the jam packed week that we had.

The insults are fairly new to me. It is not as much of an issue at home. Plus, I suppose everyone believes I am with Hanna so they do not bother me. I have been in some situations where I had large, burly men wanting to treat me like their little girl, though. It was a bit frightening.

I will always defend your honour. I feel like I should be singing Peter Cetera.

I could never fathom that happening, love. And if so, I would just loose you in the streets of Helsinki. You probably would not mind with all the shops. *grins*

*sighs* Yeah... I've been there. I've never really gone for the burly, macho-types, so it wasn't all that desirable for me either.

*giggles* You are a sucker for a cheesy 80s tune. I love that one too. *sings*We're gonna live forever, knowing together that we did it all... for the glory of love!

Mmmm... shopping. I can buy you more skirts and satin sheets. And maybe some toys ;)
