So I have come to realize that this is my catharsis. I usually post when something is upsetting me and I need to just have it out there. You could try and come to understand why he is leaving and see if you can help him find another way besides leaving AXP. if everyone hangs back and doesnt try and make him stay, dont you think he'll feel like he doesnt matter...... granted i dont know what you're doing to try and get him to stay because you havnt spoken to me about this problem but thats what i would do, try and help him out with why hes leaving, try being his friend first. its kinda like my mom said, try to understand why its happening and see if there is a way to get what both of you want and if you cant then just try to make the best of it, 'accept his decision and let him know that even tho you respect his decision you're sorry to see him go. Dont think this helped you much but i dont have much to work with considering you're all private with your fraternity issues.
